After completeing a two year surgical residency in Chicago in 1982, Dr Sheller began his private practice
in Peoria, Illinois. Dr. Sheller takes tremendous pride in his reputation for practicing sound medicine with
compassion for each of his patients.
Dr. Sheller is on staff at OSF St. Francis, Methodist Hospital, Proctor Hospital and OSF Center for Health.
In his spare time, Dr. Sheller enjoys coaching in a high school basketball league, riding his bicyle and snow
skiing. He is married to Dr. Christine Kancius and has three sons.

After completing her surgical residency in Chicago in 1982, Dr. Kancius started her private practice in
Morton, Illinois. Dr. Kancius and her staff take great pride in meeting their patient’s podiatry needs.
Dr. Kancius is on staff at OSF St Francis and the Center for Health, Methodist Hospital and Proctor Hospital.
In her spare time, Dr. Kancius enjoys riding her horses, riding her bicycle and running. She is married to
Dr. Donald Sheller and has three boys.
In 2003, Drs. Sheller and Kancius incorporated to become Midwest Podiatry Group.
